Our business is built on developing a relationship with our clients based on trust and experience in the farm management field, translating not only into growth and prosperity for Alliance Ag, LLC, but for each of our clients as well. We begin the farm management process by sitting down with our clients and learning the farm history and discuss their short and long-term goals. At the end of the day the farm is owned by the client and the client’s vision is the main objective of each of the farm managers.
Alliance Ag, LLC provides many services such as leasing structure, land preservation, farm plans, financial reporting, lease negotiation and preparation and farm inspection and reporting. We provide quarterly reports on the farm conditions and financial position. Each quarter financial documents are provided to the clients. Alliance Ag, LLC uses a fully customized accounting software program providing income and expense statements, general ledger detail, budget comparison and easy to read cash flow spreadsheets. Each management agreement can be custom designed to include any and all services that help meet the client’s needs. Alliance Ag rises above the typical farm management company in that the owners are also the farm managers and not like some firms which have some young managers who come and go every few years. John Trimmer represents the old generation and Travis Kelley the younger generation. When you talk to the farm managers, you talk to the owners.
